An extraordinary example of Tibetan art; (approximately 50 yrs. old) - made with devotion and remarkable craftsmanship. The pot itself is silver and the decorative portions are gold burnished. Dragons adorn the handle and spout. The central mandala is a depiction of the Shamatha meditation (Tranquil Abiding) size: 14" tall x 18" across x 9.5" diameter (12/06#9b) - larger photos available
